Tim’s career with Fenton began with his work on the Contracting & Rigging gangs. After completing his Business degree from Xavier University, he was promoted to an office position as Dispatcher. Soon after, Tim served first as a Project Manager but then was appointed Fenton’s first full-time Safety Director. Upon attaining his Master’s degree in Business from Xavier University, he became the Controller for Fenton and then Vice President of Finance, where he served for eight years until being named CEO in 2013.

For over 19 years, Mike served both Fortune 100 companies and privately held businesses bringing his sales and management experience. Mike’s responsibilities include overseeing the daily rigging and shop operations. Mike is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with degrees in Finance and Economics.

Chris joined the Fenton Team in early 2015. He has served the construction industry in an accounting and finance capacity for over 20 years, both in corporate and public accounting. Chris received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Miami University. He holds a Certified Public Accounting (CPA) certificate and is licensed in the State of Ohio. Chris also has obtained the Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) designation. Chris and his wife live in Northern Kentucky with their two sons and enjoy cheering on the Cincinnati Reds, either from the stadium or their living room.

Kevin began his career in occupational safety over a decade ago, teaching First Aid/CPR classes nationwide. He eventually became a distinguished third-party safety consultant to dozens of companies in the Tri-State region. Kevin is an authorized OSHA outreach trainer in both construction and general industry with a passion for fall protection and confined space safety. Kevin has presented at the Ohio BWC Safety Congress, the Western Reserve Safety Council, the Greater Cincinnati Safety Council, and the Tri-State Safety Council. Kevin is a member of the Allied Construction Industries (ACI) Safety Committee and is active in the local safety community.

Cliff started with Fenton Rigging in 2019 as Project Manager. He has a degree in Construction Management and has over 23 years of experience in the field, starting as a Union Millwright in 1997. Prior to working with Fenton, he was co-owner and operator of A&A Millwright and Rigging from 2007-2019. As a Project Manager, he is responsible for estimating, planning, risk management and overall project performance of millwright, rigging and mechanical jobs. He has a broad range of experience including precision alignment, laser coupling alignment, machinery moving, relocation, rebuilds, equipment installations, maintenance, and rigging/crane services. Cliff’s strong work ethic, knowledge, reliability, and attention to detail make him a successful Project Manager.

Before coming to work for Fenton in 2004, Chris became a member of the Millwrights Union in 1999. At Fenton, he was a Millwright Journeyman and Foreman until he was promoted to an office position. Since 2010, Chris has been a lead Project Manager for our Rigging Division, estimating and supervising a variety of challenging projects. He is OSHA 30 trained and is also certified as a 3D Lift planner.

Doug began his career at Fenton driving trucks and working in the Rigging gangs. He was promoted to the dispatching position in 1984 and held that position for five years. Doug has been bidding and managing numerous rigging projects since 1989 and currently specializes in the needs of the cryogenic gas companies.

A Project Manager for Fenton’s Rigging Division for nearly a decade, Garry has also been a member of the Ironworkers Union since 1979. Since 1985, he has utilized his unique expertise in bidding for and then managing many structural and specialized steel-related projects throughout the United States.

David is a Project Manager with over 25 years of experience & expertise in the rigging/construction industry. David specializes in complex rigging/construction projects with a focus on safety, performance, quality, & customer satisfaction. David has a Construction Management Certification from the International Institute of Learning, ITI Master Rigger Qualification, and OSHA 30 Safety trained and certified.

With over 20 years of experience as an Ironworker. John brings an in-depth knowledge of the rigging and construction industry. He started out as a journeyman for Fenton in 2003 and has enjoyed numerous promotions over the years. John is a certified ITI Master Rigger and is OSHA 30 trained and certified.

Kyle began his journey into the construction industry in 2005 when joining the Union Ironworkers Local #44. He started out mainly with structural steel jobs, welding, connecting, and decking. Then in 2009 started running work and learning the operational side of it. Since 2013 Kyle has specialized in machinery moving, complex rigging and facility management. Facility management has given him a wide range of knowledge in other trades, safety, and customer relations.

Bringing this field experience to operations at Fenton Rigging creates planning & organization of jobs from start to finish. John coordinates equipment & personnel daily to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty as Fenton grows into the future.

Mark has worked at Fenton for over 36 years. He has held various positions throughout his career and is a certified Master Mechanic. Mark’s current duties include overseeing Fenton’s service department and yard operations. This includes making sure the equipment is serviced and ready for jobs, managing incoming and outgoing storage, inventory management, and a multitude of duties that support our daily operations.

Dottie joined the Fenton team shortly after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati. Involvement in all areas of Accounting as well as an acquired knowledge of the construction industry earned her various promotions which culminated in being named Controller in 2011.
